Employer Transportation Coordinators

Commuter Services of North Florida coordinates many of its employer outreach activities through a network of Employee Transportation Coordinators (ETCs). These individuals serve as a vital link to make the free programs we offer available to your employees.

Commuter Services staff will meet with your chosen representative(s) to formulate a transportation plan specifically tailored to your site. Then, you will appoint an ETC—generally, someone within the Human Resources department; a Communications Officer or Wellness Team leader may also be a logical choice.

ETCs are provided with a detailed orientation and supplied with materials and marketing assistance to launch your program. With a minimal time commitment, the ETC will make sure your employees are kept informed of the free services available by hosting a Transportation Fair, inviting Commuter Services as an exhibitor at your Benefits Fair, or as a Lunch & Learn speaker; or simply encouraging participation in city-wide annual events like Commuter Choices Week.

Commuter Services of North Florida is funded by the Florida Department of Transportation. Our organization works with people and businesses to promote transportation options that are good for the economy and the environment. All of our services are offered to the public, free of charge.
