Commuter Services of North Florida

Commuter Services of North Florida helps Big Bend commuters start or organize carpools through its ridematching service. The Ridematch Request service is free and easy to use. Through it, we can help you locate neighbors and co-workers with whom you can potentially carpool or vanpool.

You can enroll in the Ridematch request services by either filling out the form in the Ridematch Request brochure or using Ez-Ride online ridematching.

When you submit a ridematch request form, you will receive a matchlist from Commuter Services within 3 business days. This list will contain the names and contact information of other commuters who have similar commutes. You can then decide who you would like to pool with and how often. If a compatible match isn’t found, check back periodically to see if any new matches have been generated or contact a Customer Service rep by calling 1-888-454-RIDE.

Concerned about privacy? So are we. Matchlists are distributed with work phone and work address only. All personal information such as home address is strictly confidential and is only used by Commuter Services of North Florida.
